Guilt Free Choc Chip Cookies
1 ripe Avo
1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
3 TBS cocoa
Dark Choc chips
Combine smashed Avo, peanut butter and honey in food processor and mix until a fudgey texture. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in cocoa powder.
Put down some baking paper on an oven tray. With a bowl of warm water, place a spoon in water before scooping up mix and spooning it onto baking sheet to form the cookie shape. Place choc chips last.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until cooked. Leave to cool. For best results leave cookies in fridge for a bit before devouring. Enjoy?☺ .
